The Human Resources Coordinator will perform a full range of administrative Human Resources responsibilities to support the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team on multiple businesses. This is a great opportunity to break into a progressive career in Human Resources.

Responsabilities
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Post job openings, manage candidate correspondence, schedule interviews
- Manage on-site college visit coordination
- Assist VP, Human Resources
- New Hire Orientation and On-boarding
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of bringing onboard a new employee including scheduling orientation, communicating with Office Services, IT, HR Operations; preparing new hire packets, collecting and processing new hire paperwork, interfacing with payroll/benefits
- Conduct HR portion of new hire orientations (in person and over the phone)
- Assist in monthly salary process
- Handle all employee status changes (terms, transfers, new hires, etc)
- Maintain HR records and employee files for the entire employee lifecycle from hired to term
- Coordinate local training offerings with VP, Human Resources
- Plan and execute office events (your creativity always encouraged)
- Reports and Organizational Charts
- Perform admin responsibilities to support the HR function
- Administrative duties as needed, supply orders, copying, faxing, filing, billing, Invoices, Purchase Orders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history
- One year Human Resources experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with flawless attention to detail
- Expert in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems a plus
- Must have a passion for Human Resources and an interest in a long-term Human Resources career
